NFOPP award for Danielle
Congratulations to Danielle Denison from Denisons Estate Agents in Christchurch who passed her examinations for the NFOPP Technical Award for Residential Letting and Property Management last week.
NFOPP (The National Federation of Property Professionals) is the parent body of the letting industry body ARLA and the estate agent body NAEA.
The Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management is a Level 3 qualification within the Qualifications and Credit Framework, which means it is broadly equivalent to an A-Level in standard.
The technical award requires serious commitment from the individual that undertakes the training. The qualification consists of four separate examinations in:
Unit 1 - Health and Safety, Security and General Law
Unit 2 - Legal Aspects of Letting and Management
Unit 3 - Residential Property Letting Practice
Unit 4 - Residential Property Management Practice
"Congratulations Danielle, we are extremely proud of her commitment to study for the NFOPP qualifications and are delighted that she passed with flying colors. "says Andy Denison, Principal of Denisons Estate Agents.
"It is so important that landlords and tenants use an ARLA registered and NFOPP qualified agent to let or rent with. Landlords have the security that their investment is being managed properly and cared for to prevent depreciation in capital value. Tenants know that their deposits are protected and that they will be treated fairly by such an agent."
