Denisons are well known as the waterside property specialists in the Christchurch area, so we would not normally expect the sale of a property by the water to make the news.
But when the property is a Beach Hut and the price tag is £126,000 it's likely to cause a little bit of a stir!
However, even we were taken aback by the amount of local and national news coverage that this particular property received.
Even more impressively, just as the story was starting to break in the press, we were already able to report that a buyer for the Beach Hut had found.
