Andy has been running Denisons Estate Agents for 11 years and has been in estate agency for a total of 26 years. He has a wealth of local experience and always tries to be one step ahead of the competition. Being an active sailor Andy has a great knowledge of the local waterside and is recognised as an expert on the local waterside properties.

Debbie is our sales chaser/negotiator and one of her important jobs is to handle the sale from point of offer agreed to a successful exchange and completion. She has worked in the Industry now for 20 years and has a wide range of experience in handling all aspects of estate agency. Debbie has been with Denisons for 6 years.

Stuart is the Christchurch branch manager and he has worked both in the corporate and independent estate agency industry for 22 years, 16 of which have been spent in Christchurch and he has a wealth of experience of the area. Stuart has been with Denisons for 6 years.

Danielle Denison. Lettings Department, everyday running of property letting including administration, accounting and negotiating with Landlords and Tenants, also assisting in the property sales department.

Louise is responsible for book-keeping and administrative duties for residential property sales and lettings at the Christchurch office.

Nick Churton has been involved in the UK residential property market for nearly forty years. After training in London he went on to become a partner of a large estate agency firm in the Home Counties. Following the firm’s sale in 1988 Nick became the national sales director for a large corporate firm of estate agents. Since then he has headed the property advertising team at Country Life magazine and set up estate agency networks across the UK and USA. Nick’s wealth of knowledge in the property market both in the UK and Overseas makes him a great advisor for marketing homes from London.

With nearly twenty years spent in the estate agency world Susan has become one of the leading property-advertising and PR specialists working in the UK today.
